Who operates QuickComplete?

QuickComplete Conveyancing is a trading name of Connected Conveyancing (UK) Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16709863. Registered office: 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.

Our role

We are a conveyancing referral service, not a law firm. We help you obtain a quotation and find a law firm suitable for your transaction. Your appointed law firm provides legal advice, undertakes the legal work and gives you its own engagement terms. Requesting or receiving a quote does not formally instruct that firm.

Quotations and costs

Quotes are based on the information you supply and the current fee configuration in our quotation portal. They distinguish legal fees, VAT and expected disbursements. Additional work, third-party charges, changes in the property or your instructions may affect final costs. Review your quotation and the law firm’s terms before proceeding. No prices are quoted on this prelaunch website.

Purchase timescale

We target purchase completion in 4–8 weeks from your solicitor’s receipt of the complete contract pack. This is a target, not a guarantee, and does not start when you request a quote or instruct a firm. We welcome all purchase types, including freehold, leasehold, cash and mortgaged transactions. Actual timing depends on the chain, searches, mortgage requirements, enquiries, title complexity, management information and all parties being ready.

Sales and remortgages

For sales, the solicitor aims to issue the contract pack as soon as the required documents and onboarding checks are complete. Sale completion depends on the buyer’s solicitor, the chain and outstanding requirements; no sale completion period is guaranteed. Remortgage timescales are assessed separately. The purchase target does not apply to remortgages.

Referral arrangements

We may receive a referral fee from the law firm you instruct. The applicable arrangement will be disclosed before you proceed. You are free to choose another law firm. The law firm remains responsible for its advice and legal work.
