QuickComplete Conveyancing is a trading name of Connected Conveyancing (UK) Ltd, company number 16709863. This notice explains how we use your information when you request a quote or contact us.
Information we use
We use the contact details and property information you give us, including your name, email, phone number, transaction type, value, postcode, tenure, mortgage information and any relevant additional requirements. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or sensitive information in the enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use your details to prepare and email a quote, contact you about your enquiry, check the suitability of a law firm and help you get started. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, administering the referral service, maintaining security and preventing abuse. We meet applicable legal obligations where required.
Who receives your information
Our authorised staff and service providers process enquiries through our quotation portal, email and hosting systems. Where needed to respond to your enquiry or progress an introduction you request, relevant details may be shared with a suitable law firm. That law firm will provide its own privacy information. We do not sell your information for unrelated third-party marketing.
Marketing choices
Optional marketing emails require your separate choice on the form. Requesting a quotation does not require marketing consent. You can withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. We will still communicate as necessary to handle an enquiry you have made.
Campaign information and cookies
The quote form can include campaign parameters from the page URL, such as a Facebook group or campaign identifier, so we can understand the source of an enquiry. This first version does not load advertising pixels, optional analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of whether you proceed, follow-up requirements, complaints, legal obligations and applicable limitation periods. Contact us for the retention information relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Contact us first if you would like us to resolve a concern.
